Wednesday Is Four Women served as a kick off to the road to the Final Four. Lead by moderator Monica Gustin (Greater Cleveland Sports Commission) our panel consisting of Amy Reiss (NCAA), Ashley Jackson (City of Cleveland), Emily Drake (Fairport Asset Management) and Marcy Weston (First Women's Final Four Referee) gave us insight on why Cleveland was selected to host this prestigious event, the impact it will have on the city and how the Women's Final Four has advanced throughout the years.

This month's WISE Cleveland & Teamwork Online meet up featured John Carroll University Athletic Director, Michelle Morgan. Michelle spread light on her journey throughout the sports industry and shared with us fun pieces of information on her current role as AD. Those present had the opportunity to connect with Michelle one on one while also networking with other men and women in the Sport & Event Industry. The 2019 WISE Within Mentoring application is now available for both mentors and mentees. This exciting 6 month program will give mentors the opportunity to give back to women in the industry while reflecting on their personal career journey and will allow mentees the opportunity to receive guidance from an experienced industry professional and gain new perspective and insights within their field. Moderated by News Channel 5 Sports Anchor/Reporter Lauren Brill, Dee shared insight on life as an Executive Producer and NFL Owner, her three founding principles and her involvement within the Greater Cleveland community.

These two ladies have obtained tremendous success within their respective fields. WISE Cleveland celebrated Women's History Month by featuring few key women behind the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction's. Led by moderator Jamie Belkin, Jamie Belkin Events, the ladies gave us insight on how inductees are selected, the planning process and marketing strategies, city wide events surrounding the inductions and fun memories and stories about past inductees.
