New Look, New Site, Big Changes

When it comes to professional success, you always have to be maintaining your relevance and increasing your value. It’s something women in the business of sports understand and relentlessly pursue. To match that drive and live up to our mission of empowering women, WISE is evolving, too. We’re excited to announce some big changes, starting with a refresh of the WISE brand.

WISE women are multidimensional. They’re strong leaders displaying professionalism and integrity while reflecting the industry in which they work — spirited, fun and dynamic. When they come together, they channel an energy that is nothing short of magic. Thanks to the dedication and storytelling expertise of the design agency Infinite Scale and the contributions of our chapter advisers, we’re unveiling a new look that captures that force. We also realize women want more opportunities to connect and improve their skills. To that end, we’ve launched the new WISEworks.org. The website is fully integrated with our chapters, allowing for deeper peer-to-peer engagement, and will support increased virtual learning, delivered both live and on-demand.

This is only the beginning. During this year of tremendous challenge, we’ve been doubling down on our support for women and our industry partners. In addition to this new look and online experience, we’ve been developing a suite of leadership training offerings that will be unveiled in the coming months. Until then, know that the WISE community is as strong as ever.

We are WISE/R together.
