At WISE Cleveland, we believe in the power of women who lead, uplift, and inspire. Each year, our Women of Inspiration (WOI) program celebrates remarkable individuals making a lasting impact professionally and in our community—someone who lives the values of encouragement, empowerment, and evolution.
Now is your chance to recognize an extraordinary woman whose work is notable in its support for other women and girls, while aligning with our chapter's vision and core pillars to ENCOURAGE, EMPOWER, and EVOLVE.
New this year, we will also recognize a Rising Star in the sports and event industries. A Rising Star is an emerging professional, and someone who demonstrates strong leadership and embodies the spirit of WISE.
A WISE Cleveland Woman of Inspiration does one or more of the following:
✨ ENCOURAGES an inclusive community through meaningful dialogue and a commitment to equity and diversity
💪 EMPOWERS the personal and professional growth of others with mentorship, resources, and support
🌟 EVOLVES the industry to ensure a vibrant, thriving future for generations to come
We invite you to submit your nomination(s) by August 1, 2025. Finalists will be selected by the WISE WOI Committee and WISE Cleveland Board, with announcements made in September.
The honorees will be recognized during a special celebration this fall, as we come together to honor the women who continue to lead the way. Let’s spotlight the leaders who are moving us forward.
